Join Us for the Teen Wellness Circle! ✨

Facilitated by Kelly Vipond, Canadian Certified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and founder of Good Path Mental Health.

Modern life is busy, and taking time to check in with yourself matters. This 4-week circle offers a cozy, supportive space for up to eight young people to slow down, connect, and explore holistic well-being, going far beyond the usual small talk.

What to Expect Each Week:

  • Movement & Breath: Yoga, rhythmic practice, and guided meditation to help you unwind and reset.

  • Reflect & Journal: Set personal intentions and process your thoughts on the mat.

  • Explore the Wellness Compass: Learn about a new area of wellness each week, setting and adjusting goals that actually work for you.

  • Community & Connection: A safe, authentic space to foster real support with peers.

The Details

  • When: Tuesdays in October (6, 13, 20, 27) | 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Where: The Everyday Method Health Collective (North entrance via Dunsford St.)

  • Investment: $160 for the full 4-week series

  • What to Bring: Comfy clothes you can move and relax in, a journal, a pen, and any grounding items you love. (Yoga mats provided!)

Your Questions, Answered

  • The Everyday Method has a classroom at the back of the clinic to host workshops. Access to the classroom is through the North entrance via Dunsford Street.

  • We know life happens and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel your registration, please let us know as soon as you can.

    Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
